When Gabor Mate wrote: ‘It is unusual…to meet an ADD adult who does not have some secret longing for artistic expression, and almost as unusual to find one actively doing something about it,’ (2021) it created a challenge for me.  This website demonstrates the result of that challenge as I started to use my poetry as a way to explore my late diagnosed ADHD.  This is the first time I have  shared my writing with anyone outside a close circle of friends - it is unlikely to be the best poetry you'll ever read; it may not even be the best you'll read today.  It is just writing for wellbeing.  I hope you enjoy it!
